CapMan acquires Cederroth. CapMan funds will acquire the ownership of Cederroth International AB (“Cederroth”) from American listed company Alberto-Culver Company (NYSE: ACV). Cederroth is a manufacturer and distributor of consumer products within the wound care, household, health care and personal care sectors. CapMan’s target is to further develop Cederroth as an independent company and strengthen its position as a leading local consumer goods company in the Nordic region and other selected markets.
